The Hourglass Workout combines the perfect fusion of intense resistance training to reshape your body and build your glutes with high intensity cardiovascular training for quick and effective fat loss with the perfect touch of Pilates influence to synch your waist and tone & lengthen the look of our of your legs.

The program would not be complete without our Holistic approach to health and nutrition with five different eating plans to chose from to suit your needs and nutrition workshops to teach you how to eat and understand your body.

About the Instructors

Canadian Franchise Locations/Instructors

The Hourglass Workout has two different streams of instructors. In Canada, the instructors are all franchise owners trained one-on-one with Lyzabeth (creator of the program) for a minimum of 60 + hours and must do additional yearly training. They all offer the minimum qualification of being a personal trainer, but most have additional credentials including: Naturopathic Doctors, Physiotherapists, Holistic Nutritionists, Dieticians, Registered Massage Therapists and more. They are highly qualified individuals offering the full Hourglass Program of 3-5 classes a week, holistic eating plan and three months challenge transformational program. US/International Classes

The US/ International Hourglass Workout Program is taught by instructors with a minimum licences of a certified personal trainer or certified fitness instructor with a minimum of 8 hours of Hourglass Workout certification training and exam. These instructors will be listed with the number of Hourglass Workout Certs that they have completed including: Hourglass Workout Basics, Hourglass Workout – Booty Building, Hourglass Workout Fat Burn & Sculpt, Hourglass Workout Kettle Bells, Hourglass Workout Boxing, Hourglass Workout Drills, Hourglass Workout Abs, Hourglass Workout Upper Body, Hourglass Workout Holistic Nutrition.

Instructors with a minimum of five Hourglass Workout certifications including Nutrition may teach the full program and offer the Hourglass Workout Three-Month Challenge.

What’s Included

US & International Classes may differ depending on location! Hourglass Workout will be offered at gyms as part of membership as a single class that you can attend. These classes will be high energy and intense with resistance training for curves as the main factor.

US & International Hourglass Workout Programs will offer the full Hourglass Workout program including 3-5 classes a week and Holistic Eating Plan (by Lyzabeth Lopez) and the opportunity to take the three month Hourglass Workout Challenge!

The Hourglass Challenge!

The Hourglass Workout 3-Month Challenge can be found at all Canadian locations and all US/ International Locations that offer the *full program (*see above section – What’s Included for more info on this).

The 3-Month Challenge generally includes a discounted. Participants are expected to come to classes a minimum of three times a week and follow their Hourglass Workout Holistic Eating Plan. The changes seen in our challenges are almost unreal! We have definitely unlocked the secret to maintaining and building curves while losing fat. Other bonuses include that the eating plans are holistic, easy to follow and include foods like: sweet potato fries, dark chocolate bosuses, jerk chicken, and other yummy foods. They also teach you to add high nutrient healing foods to your eating plan including aloe vera, gogi berries and bee pollen… there is lots of FUN learning in our program.
